Free shipping is available on all orders over $100. All orders are shipped
via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Additional shipping charges apply for orders
outside of the continental United States. For rush orders, please call us at
800-533-5392. For international orders please call us at 801-501-0664 (see additional
international shipping information below). Because we can only ship certain
products to FPO/APO addresses, please call us prior to placing your order to
an FPO/APO address.
We do our best to ship your order the same day we receive your order. However,
some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and can take 1
to 2 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is shipped from
our warehouse, it generally takes between 2 and 6 business days for you to receive
your order.
Most of our items are in stock unless otherwise stated. There is a possibility
an item has just sold out but has not been updated. If an item is out of stock,
we will notify you be email or phone immediately.
In the unlikely event your package is not delivered, UPS and FedEx Ground require
an 8-day search period for lost packages. We will work with UPS and FedEx Ground
to trace and search for your package. However, we are required to wait the 8
days before sending you a new product. If UPS and FedEx Ground are unable to
find your package during the 8-day search, we will immediately send you a replacement
product.
International Shipping Policies
Orders placed to ship out of the country will incur additional charges. International
charges range between $100.00 to Canada and $250.00 in various parts of the
world. Orders to the United Kingdom are generally $150.00. We will contact you
with the total shipping charges prior to processing your order. You will then
have the option to continue or cancel your order.
You will be responsible for any import taxes, tariffs or duties that may be
charged by your country. International shipments are generally sent via FedEx
and usually take 2 weeks to reach their destination once the order is shipped.
If you are interested in the cost to ship a product to your country prior to
placing your order, please provide us with your country name, postal code and
the item you are interested in ordering. We will provide you the cost of shipping
within 2 to 4 business days.
Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We also accept personal checks. Please note, however, a personal check can
take 4 to 5 days to clear and we are unable to ship your order until your check
has cleared. For faster service, we recommend you pay with a money order. If
you would like to pay by check or money order please pay the total amount of
the order plus any applicable shipping or sales tax (7% sales tax for Georgia

We will be contact you once we receive your check and provide you with your
order number. Once your check clears, we will send your order and you should
receive the order in 7 to 10 business days.
Manufacturer's Warranties
All items we carry have manufacturer's warranties between 6 months and 1 year.
We will do all we can to assist you in all warranty issues. We are not responsible
for your product if after 30 days your product becomes defective in any way.
After 30 days, your product is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and must
be resolved directly with the manufacturer. We will be happy to assist you in
contacting the manufacturer.
Return Policies
We appreciate and value your business and will always work hard to make your
shopping experience with us a pleasant one. We understand shopping online can
be difficult at times. Accordingly, we have a simple return policy. We have
a 30-day money back guarantee with a small 10% restocking fee to cover initial
shipping, packaging, inspection and restocking. You will be responsible for
shipping the product back to us. All returns must be in brand new condition
and must be returned to us in the original box and packaging. Please do not
write on the box. All manuals, accessories and packaging must be in new condition.
Any missing or used parts will be deducted from your refund. We cannot be responsible
for returns lost during their return to us. We recommend you insure the product.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping and be marked with an approved
RA number. To obtain approval and receive your RA number, please call us at
800-533-5392. Clearance items come with the full manufacturer's warranty but
are not returnable.

Sit'n'Stroll Return Policies
Please be aware we have a 30-day exchange or money back policy on all strollers
except the TriplePlay Products Sit 'n' Stroll which has a "NO RETURN"
policy. This is for the safety of your child. We understand ordering something
you have never seen can be difficult. Accordingly, we do allow returns of "unused"
Sit 'n' Strolls with all tags still attached and absolutely unused. Restocking
fees and general return policies still apply. Unused Sit 'n' Strolls must be
returned within 14 days from the time you receive your order. Again, we appreciate
